Drew Barrymore's done it. Rush Limbaugh did, too. And now it's Sheryl Crow's turn to help Ford promote its all-electric Focus on the Jay Leno Show. Cruising around the little track set, Crow managed to miss Ed Begley, Jr, but nailed Al Gore (well, their cardboard stand-ins, anyway). And we've got to say, the bright orange Focus EV looks pretty darn good zipping around the curves. But we're pretty sure those streamers that shoot out and attack the car are not exactly good for the environment. Watch it after the jump.
When she's not driving whatever Leno tells her to, the Crow likes her Mercedes BlueTEC SUV.
